About the role

Are you a determined Senior Delivery Manager with experience delivering social-first campaigns? Dyson are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager on a 12 months FTC, to start as soon as possible. This role would be based at our Malmesbury campus. In this role you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering social media content on time and to specification. Working closely with teams across New Product Development (NPD), campaigns and our partners, you’ll make sure all content meets brief requirements, is quality‑checked and accurately uploaded to our social publishing platform (Sprinklr) and asset library (Content Hub). Your work will help to drive consistency, efficiency and high standards for Dyson's social media content worldwide. Working with our centralised global team, you will support effective and quality delivery across all markets for both Owned and Paid social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective Campaign & Project Delivery
    • Collaborate: partner directly with Project Managers and the Hogarth delivery team to map out, align and optimise all timelines for upcoming Brand360 and always‑on social content deliverables.
    • Schedule management: own and maintain the content delivery roadmap, ensuring clarity across NPD, campaigns and Social & Partnerships output.
    • Brief alignment: liaise closely with the Social & Partnerships team and Business Unit (BU) owners to confirm content meets brief requirements, helping to resolve any delivery gaps.
    • Issue resolution: anticipate, flag and resolve delivery issues or delays to the right teams - solving problems before they impact campaigns.
    • Champion best practice: work with social strategists and creatives to upskill and coach delivery teams on social‑first content formats and technical requirements.
  • Content Quality Control & Asset Distribution
    • Quality assurance: review a wide range of content across multiple channels for accuracy, channel best practice and format specifications including thumbnails, captions (VTTs), music licensing and copy consistency. Work with project teams to resolve any issues or missing elements.
    • Asset delivery: upload approved content from Content Hub to Sprinklr for publishing, adhering to all tagging and technical protocols.
    • Social delivery decks: create and own comprehensive delivery decks summarising all necessary elements for social teams including post copy, asset locations and content metadata.
    • Global distribution: share final delivery decks with the Global Social Media Community to drive engagement and consistent adoption.
    • Point of contact: act as the go‑to for all regional and global teams on content handover, troubleshooting and best practices.
  • Platform Expertise & Process Optimisation
    • Platform champion: become a power user and champion for Content Hub (our campaign asset library) and Sprinklr (social publishing), onboarding new users and standardising processes.
    • Delivery partner excellence: build strong relationships with our paid production partners at Hogarth, to enable strong working relationships, holding them to account for quality of delivery.
    • Full Brand360 Campaign view – ability to think beyond the immediate ask, considering gaps in plans, impact of other workstreams and potential external factors that may impact delivery.
    • Continuous improvement: propose and implement workflow improvements, identifying pain points and championing new, more efficient ways of working.
    • Data-informed: leverage analytics and feedback loops regarding asset adoption and publishing to drive ongoing optimisation of delivery practices.
