About the role
As a Platform Specialist, you will report to the Platform Lead and serve as a content management expert across Dyson’s digital platforms and channels—including Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud, our App, Zoovu, AEM, Hybris, Magento 2, bespoke Dyson content systems, and more.
- Activate content: Manage, launch, and maintain content for new product development (NPD), campaigns, and improvements across platforms.
- Champion platform expertise: Stay up-to-date on all platform functionalities. Develop clear user guides, and lead training for new and existing users.
- Support and train: Provide guidance and troubleshooting to global teams. Share best practice, create training materials, and handle support queries or tickets (e.g., via Jira).
- Collaborate to create: Work with Marketing, Experience, Business Units, and RDD teams to design, author, and build content that delivers world-class digital experiences.
- Lead content builds: Drive the quality and consistency of content for launches, using the latest CMS features and ensuring content can scale for global delivery.
- Enhance and test: Collaborate on CMS platform enhancements, test new functionality, and support end-user acceptance and business validation testing.
- Enable localisation: Work with cross-functional teams to localise content for markets worldwide ahead of product or campaign launches.
- Maintain quality: Uphold Dyson’s demanding standards by working closely with designers, copywriters, commercial, and market teams on every deliverable.
About you
- 3+ years’ experience using one or more CMS platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing/Service Cloud, AEM, Hybris, Magento, Sitecore, SAP CRM)
- Hands-on experience working with and supporting global or offshore teams
- Strong Dyson product knowledge
- Creativity in problem-solving and support content innovation
- Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects with shifting timelines
- Confidence leading deliverables and motivating others for exacting content builds
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional mindset
- Ability to prioritise, with a focus on delivering results
- Self-motivation, proactivity, and a collaborative spirit
