About The Role
Join Dyson’s Beauty BU and help launch our latest products and colourways. You’ll support RDD, commercial and marketing specialists working closely on product launches and tactical campaigns to support Beauty initiatives. This is your chance to learn from experts, contribute ideas, and turn creative strategy into standout launches with commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Defining Go-to-Market strategies for new products, including product proposition, ranging, accessories, launch planning, media and target audiences.
- Closely working with Claims & Performance, Legal and IP to ensure alignment on market-leading product claims and testing requirements.
- Working with our local Marketing teams to address specific local challenges and assess local launch plans, to ensure local launches are successful and achieve the category business ambitions.
- Providing data‑led analysis for product performance versus Beauty BU goals and support functional team to drive decisions across product and ranging with a data‑led insights approach.
- Requires strong account management, stakeholder management, project management and planning skills.
- A team player, with credibility and integrity, able to manage multiple priorities.
About You

- A degree in Business, Marketing, or related area.
- Keen interest in beauty, wellness, and the latest trends in hair care and beauty technology with a curiosity to go deeper and further to keep Dyson ahead of the game.
- Organised and detail‑focused.
- Motivated to see projects delivered from start to finish.
- Clear, confident communicator.
- Comfortable with areas of project ownership with autonomy over project deliverables for areas of the project scope.
- Will include cross‑functional team attendance and contribution, preparing updates and strategy for senior stakeholders, and strong management skills working across business areas to ensure timely delivery for project deadlines.
- Proactive attitude, willing to ask questions, suggest improvements, and learn from real marketing challenges.
- Able to work with Microsoft office and reporting tools, or ready to learn new digital skills.
