As a Supervisor, you play a vital role in supporting the senior leadership team and helping ensure the store runs smoothly, consistently, and to Dyson’s high standards.
About the Role
The Supervisor is a key frontline leader who supports the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader in driving an exceptional customer experience and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day leadership of the retail team, ensuring everyone understands expectations and feels confident in their role.
- Lead by example through outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and demonstration standards.
- Provide real-time coaching and guidance on the shop floor to elevate team performance.
- Ensure every customer receives a warm, tailored, and premium experience reflective of the luxury standards.
- Step in to handle customer queries or service challenges with professionalism and empathy.
- Help the team adapt to the needs of a wide variety of international visitors and VIP guests.
- Support daily operational tasks including opening/closing duties, compliance checks, stock management, and daily briefings.
- Maintain exceptional store presentation to reflect both Dyson’s brand identity and the high standards.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with replenishment, and communicate issues quickly and accurately.
- Support the store leadership by driving sales performance and inspiring the team to achieve targets.
- Lead engaging product demonstrations that showcase Dyson’s technology with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Understand store KPIs and help coach the team on the behaviours that influence performance.
- Partner effectively with the Store Leader, Assistant Store Leader, and wider Dyson Retail teams.
- Communicate updates, expectations, and priorities clearly to the team to ensure alignment throughout the day.
About You
