What you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Senior KAM to deliver sustained, profitable growth across the John Lewis account in all areas of the Dyson portfolio.
- Own forecasting, planning, and performance tracking against clear commercial targets.
- Identify and unlock new opportunities across range, category, and retail activation.
- Help build and execute joint business plans through data and insight to unlock mutual ambition.
- Be the trusted day-to-day contact for John Lewis buyers and stakeholders.
- Build strong, credible relationships based on insight, clarity, and delivery.
- Influence decision-making through data, proposition strength, and commercial logic.
- Ensure Dyson is flawlessly represented across in-store and online environments.
