About the role
As our Head of E-Commerce, you will define and lead Dyson’s e‑commerce strategy across GB&I—owning performance, shaping the experience, and unlocking growth.
You will:
- Set the vision for e‑commerce sales and experience, driving both strategy and execution across all online channels.
- Own and outperform monthly and annual targets across D2C, marketplaces and refurbished channels.
- Shape the traffic acquisition strategy in partnership with media and marketing teams.
