Dyson Farming, a family-owned business in Lincolnshire, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner. You will lead the people agenda, advise senior leaders, and drive strategic HR across the organisation.

You will partner on employee relations, workforce planning, payroll, reward, compliance and engagement, supporting growth and continuous improvement while travelling between sites in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.
