Requirements
- Responsible for cleaning our holiday lets, to the highest standard ensuring the highest customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Other cleaning duties such as rental properties when required.
- Ensure supplies of cleaning materials are available, responsible for stock taking and notify line manager if reordering is necessary.
- To sweep, vacuum, wipe down and dust areas.
- Mopping floors throughout the accommodation.
- Changing and making beds.
- Laundry including washing and drying and noting quantities.
- Ensure welfare facilities including toilets and kitchens are cleaned thoroughly.
- Ensure cleaning materials are safely stored.
- Maintain clean, safe and hygienic work areas.
- To carry out any other duties as required to support the delivery of leisure offerings to the highest standard.
- Set days Monday and Friday are essential.
- Extra hours during the week when required to support team absences and workload.
- Opportunity for overtime.
- Set days Monday and Fridays (8:00am - 4:30pm).
Person Specification
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety regulations including COSHH, manual handling and working at height.
- Previous experience in a professional cleaning role.
- High attention to detail, taking pride in work.
- Highly organised and able to manage time efficiently.
- Willing to take responsibility and ownership of tasks.
- Ability to work independently for periods of time but also work as part of a team.
- Professional and personable manner.
- Proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Full driving license as travel is required.
