We are seeking enthusiastic Harvest Workers to support the core workforce through the peak harvest and cultivation period at our farm based at Carrington, Lincolnshire. Extended working hours are common throughout the harvest period and in return for hard work and commitment we can offer competitive rates of pay. This position is on a fixed term contract running from May through to November. Accommodation may be available.

This role will involve general harvest work including use of tractors and trailers to assist with the cereal and potato harvest, operating a forklift truck and any other ad-hoc duties within your capabilities. The successful candidate should have experience in a similar position, be used to working within a large team and have a commitment to health and safety.
We are looking for Operators with expertise in the following:
- General harvest work for cereals, maize and potatoes including use of tractors and trailers and telehandler work
- Mowing, rolling and light cultivations
- Forklift truck work to assist with a modern potato grading operation
The successful candidate should have good communication skills, a commitment to health and safety, be used to working within large teams and have experience of driving modern agricultural machinery. A good attitude and willingness to get stuck in is essential.
