You will manage crop protection strategies and inputs for glasshouse, tunnel and modern production systems, working with the Head Grower and Operations Manager to optimise yield and quality.
Responsibilities include regular crop walks, IPM implementation, monitoring pest and disease pressure, and maintaining compliance with UK legislation.
