The Supervisor is a key frontline leader who supports the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader in driving an exceptional customer experience and maintaining operational excellence. In the fast-paced, high-footfall retail environment of Bicester Village, you’ll act as a role model on the shop floor—guiding, coaching, and motivating the team while ensuring the store delivers the premium Dyson experience visitors expect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day‑to‑day leadership of the retail team, ensuring everyone understands expectations and feels confident in their role.
  • Lead by example through outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and demonstration standards.
  • Provide real-time coaching and guidance on the shop floor to elevate team performance.
  • Ensure every customer receives a warm, tailored, and premium experience reflective of standards within Bicester Village.
  • Step in to handle customer queries or service challenges with professionalism and empathy.
  • Help the team adapt to the needs of a wide variety of international visitors and VIP guests.
  • Support daily operational tasks including opening/closing duties, compliance checks, stock management, and daily briefings.
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation to reflect both Dyson’s brand identity and the high standards of Bicester Village.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with replenishment, and communicate issues quickly and accurately.
  • Support the store leadership by driving sales performance and inspiring the team to achieve targets.
  • Lead engaging product demonstrations that showcase Dyson’s technology with clarity and enthusiasm.
  • Understand store KPIs and help coach the team on the behaviours that influence performance.
  • Partner effectively with the Store Leader, Assistant Store Leader, and wider Dyson Retail teams.
  • Communicate updates, expectations, and priorities clearly to the team to ensure alignment throughout the day.
  • Represent Dyson within the Bicester Village community with professionalism and respect.
About You
  • Experienced in retail or customer‑facing roles, ideally with some leadership responsibilities.
