We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented and customer-focused Payroll & HR Systems Administrator to play a vital role in supporting our payroll, HR and administrative functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you will help ensure key processes run smoothly, accurately and compliantly while providing excellent support to colleagues across the organisation.

In this varied role, you'll support the day-to-day running of payroll and HR administration, including employee onboarding, maintaining accurate records, coordinating company mobile phones and providing administrative support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end weekly payroll
  • Processing PAYE, NI, pensions and other statutory deductions
  • Maintain accurate Employee records including starters, leavers and any changes to employee details on Sage HR and Sage Payroll.
  • Managing holiday pay, Sick pay, Maternity /Paternity pay and other payroll adjustments.
  • Coordinate training, inductions and compliance records
  • Set up new mobile phones with relevant apps
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration duties

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills within a busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both phone and email
  • Confidence managing staff relationships professionally
  • Experience using PCs and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with strong attention to detail
