Dynisma is revolutionising the automotive and motorsport driving simulator market with its disruptive Motion Generator technology. Our cutting-edge approach to simulator design delivers more data about vehicle dynamics and ride to drivers and passengers with less latency and more accurately than any other motion simulators available.
About the team: We are a team of engineers experienced both in the design and manufacture of driving simulators, as well as their use in vehicle development. We develop, deliver and support outstanding, ground-breaking simulators and motion generators that support the engineering that leads to winning performance on the track.
The Role: We’re looking for a motivated and organised Project Manager to join our growing Project Management team at Dynisma. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their project management career (ideally 2–5 years' experience) to develop their skills and grow within a fast-paced, innovative engineering environment.
Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our cutting-edge motion simulator projects - ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and technical specialists across multiple disciplines, gaining exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the delivery of complex engineering projects, from initial planning through to build and commissioning
- Working with our team of world-class engineers and operations specialists to ensure every part of the project meets our high standards of quality and performance
- Helping to plan and coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Monitoring progress, identifying and managing risks, and helping resolve project challenges as they arise
- Preparing and presenting project updates, status reports and documentation for key stakeholders
- Building strong relationships across teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of our project management systems and processes
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years’ experience working in a project management role, ideally within an engineering, technology or manufacturing environment
- A solid understanding of project management principles and practices
- A proactive mindset with great problem-solving skills and a logical approach to tasks
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative attitude and the confidence to work with cross-functional teams
- Bonus: Some technical understanding of areas like mechanical design, systems engineering or control systems
