Estamos buscando nuevos agentes de viajes que ayuden a los viajeros de habla hispana a realizar sus reservas de viaje. En Dyninno Colombia queremos personas apasionadas por ayudar a otros, que sean persistentes, empáticas, amables y curiosas. Vendemos alrededor de 70.000 tiquetes aéreos por mes a nivel global y construimos un servicio al cliente extraordinario. Como un agente de viajes, tienes pasión por la industria del turismo, disfrutas conectarte con las personas y eres un solucionador de problemas innato.
Responsabilidades:
- Recibir y procesar solicitudes de clientes interesados en comprar tiquetes aéreos.
- Ayudar a los clientes a escoger la mejor opción de reserva, vuelo o destino.
- Construir confianza y cooperación a largo plazo con los clientes.
- Participar de entrenamientos y desarrollo constante.
Requisitos:
- Tener experiencia de al menos 6 meses en ventas telefónicas.
- Ser enfocado al cumplimiento de objetivos y resultados.
- Ser empático y ambicioso.
- Trabajar en un ambiente orientado a ventas.
- Debe estar localizado en Bogotá.
Salario promedio de 2.400.000 COP (Básico SMMLV + comisiones sin techo liquidadas en USD). 5 días laborables, 2 días de descanso. Gran programa de bonos y promociones. Comprometerte con una empresa global con más de 20 años de experiencia en el mercado.
