IGBT Assembly & Test Manufacturing Operator - Internal Opportunity
We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join our IGBT Assembly & Test team.
This is a permanent role supporting the manufacture of high-power devices, working within a cleanroom environment and using high-specification equipment.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This role includes but is not limited to:
- Operate equipment in line with company procedures and work instructions
- Assist in the production of high-power devices through assembly, testing and finishing of substrates and modules
- Handle sensitive components with care, ensuring all safety precautions are followed
- Support production activities to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently, minimising waste
- Follow operator, engineering and customer specifications at all times
- Operate device and substrate test equipment within the IGBT test area
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and recommending new ways of working
- Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements
