Dynex Semiconductor is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager to support and grow relationships with key customers across an assigned region. This is a commercially focused role where you'll manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and play a key part in achieving annual sales targets.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing and developing business with target customers to maximise sales and long-term value
- Achieving annual sales targets and maintaining an accurate monthly sales forecast
- Identifying, securing and developing new opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are responded to within 48 hours
- Engaging directly with customer engineering and purchasing teams
- Preparing pricing, quotations and bids, and supporting the external sales team as required
- Monitoring and analysing sales performance to ensure consistency and market presence
- Contributing to brand awareness and representing the company at selected external events
- Producing customer reports, updates and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Continuously developing your own skills and sharing market insight with the wider team
What we're looking for:
Essential:
- At least 2 years recent experience in a sales or commercial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience working in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Experience engaging with customers across different cultures
- Confident using sales data for analysis and forecasting
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel
Desirable:
- Knowledge or experience within power electronics or a related technical field
- Experience presenting to customers for both existing business and new opportunities
- Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
Personal qualities:
You'll be organised, pragmatic and results-driven, with a tenacious and resilient approach. Strong analytical skills, clear communication and a collaborative mindset are essential.
