At Dynex Semiconductor, we design and manufacture advanced power semiconductors used around the world and were looking for someone with the expertise, confidence, and drive to safeguard our commercial interests at every level of the business.
What Youll Be Doing
This is a role with real influence. Youll work closely with R&D, Sales & Marketing, Procurement, and Senior Management to make sure our commercial foundations are rock-solid. Expect to:
- Lead the evaluation, drafting, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of contracts and agreements from international R&D collaborations to complex sales contracts, consortium agreements, and government tenders.
- Be a trusted advisor to the board and senior stakeholders, ensuring commercial risks are managed and opportunities maximised.
- Manage Intellectual Property rights from patent and trademark applications to infringement claims and protect Dynexs innovations.
- Contribute to company policies and commercial procedures, ensuring compliance and best practice.
- Play a key role in major transactions, due diligence processes, and dispute resolution.
What Youll Bring

- At least 3 years experience in a contracts role within a highly technical production or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in contract management and negotiation.
- A degree-level qualification in business or law.
- The ability to analyse risk, draft precise documentation, and deliver under pressure.
- Confidence to advise at all levels of the organisation and manage external legal and IP advisors.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor or similar) would be an advantage.
