The Internal Sales and Service Coordinator is responsible to the Operations Manager of Dynex – UK for:
- Responding to any customer technical inquiry, by providing suitable quotations to meet customer needs, and providing suitable technical advice.
- Ensuring the Sales Order Book is correctly compiled.
- Responsible for modification and repairs to Dynex products.
- Maintaining and operating the computer software, SAGE financial controller, to ensure that all sales orders are correctly satisfied and processed, ensure that the appropriate stock is ordered to meet all sales orders, maintain adequate stock levels of all products, process all purchase orders to maintain the stock levels, and maintain stock records.
- Liaison with Dynex-USA for progression of purchase orders, and technical inquiries.
- Liaison with all company suppliers.
- Ensuring that all goods are dispatched by the most appropriate means.
- Liaison with freighting companies.
- Carrying out duties of the Warehouse Technician during periods of his/her absence.
- Supplying a weekly report of activity to the Operations Manager-UK.
- Any additional duties deemed reasonable, as requested by the Operations Manager-UK.
