We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality products to our customers. Catalogue of 400+ SKUs. We serve customers across multiple online platforms and marketplaces including Amazon, Temu, B&Q and Ebay.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure efficient, accurate, and timely fulfilment of all orders.

Job Description:

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, stock control, staffing, process improvement, health & safety compliance, and dispatching of goods. You will lead and develop a team to meet KPIs while implementing strategies to improve workflow, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and goods-out.
• Oversee the warehouse layout and optimize space utilization.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for all warehouse functions.
• Lead the Team: Supervise and schedule daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate stock management using Linnworks (our WMS and order management software)
• Monitor Performance metrics and Track key performance indicators
• To lead and support employees by effectively implementing company policies and procedures, including those related to performance, conduct, attendance, equality, grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Liaise with couriers and manage dispatch.

Who are we looking for?

• Experienced in managing a team (3+ years experience). You will be managing a team of 15+ staff.
• Strong leadership abilities combined with exceptional organizational skills.
• Computer IT literate with advanced experience in using Microsoft Office – especially Excel / Google Docs.
• Hands-on and problem-solving mindset.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving goals.
• Experience with Amazon (Desirable but not essential)
• WMS and process automation knowledge (Desirable but not essential)
• Experience managing peak seasons (e.g. Prime Day, Festive period) (Desirable but not essential)

Contract type: Full time, permanent. Job is based in NP4 0HZ (Mamhilad Park Estate)

Hours: 8am-6pm (subject to change depending on business needs)

Shift: Monday – Friday with alternate Saturdays(Saturday shift is 8am – 3pm)
