About us

Dyneley House Surgery is a CQC-rated outstanding practice providing primary medical services in the vibrant market town of Skipton, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. We are a rapidly expanding practice committed to providing an excellent service to our 15,500 patients. We are also a teaching and training practice.

The practice is led by a team of six partners who work with their clinical team of salaried GPs, ACPs, practice nurses, clinical pharmacists and healthcare assistants. Our patients also benefit from the services of a mental health nurse, mental health coaches, social prescribers and a first-contact physiotherapist. Our non-clinical team ensures that the practice functions efficiently. We use SystmOne and can provide training and support to GPs who are not familiar with this.

We are part of the Wharfedale, Airedale and Craven Alliance (WACA) primary care network which consists of seven local practices that work together to deliver PCN targets and to share good practice. We host self-help groups and our PPG meets regularly.
