We are seeking a Facilities Manager to be responsible for ensuring high standards of service delivery. You will be directly responsible for the overall operational management of two campuses and their infrastructure, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Supporting the Head of and Director of Facilities in the operational delivery of all Facilities Management estates and services provision.

Responsibilities

  • Overall operational management of two campuses and their infrastructure, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Support the Head of and Director of Facilities in the operational delivery of all Facilities Management estates and services provision.
  • Act as the competent person for health and safety compliance at assigned colleges and participate in local health and safety committee meetings.
  • Deliver all Facilities Management services with high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering Facilities Management services in a commercial, retail or healthcare environment.
  • Successful record of managing a team in a facilities environment.
  • Working knowledge of building construction, building services, systems and plant, including Building Management Systems.
