Your role at Dynatrace is to contribute to our unified software intelligence platform, which combines observability and continuous runtime application security with advanced AIOps. This enables innovators to modernize and automate cloud operations, deliver software faster and more securely, and ensure flawless digital experiences.
Our growing Architecture Team has formed out of high demand from our Enterprise clients needing leadership to deploy the Dynatrace platform at extreme scale. Many engagements require highly experienced Solution Architect services to assess, design, and provide guided implementation assistance. We help customers navigate use cases through their complex hybrid environments, transforming the way they monitor at scale throughout their entire application lifecycles.
As an Architecture Team member, you will work with various accounts, leading skilled engineering staff. You may assist in isolating major performance issues and providing solutions to mitigate problems within large environments. Collaboration with product engineering teams is essential to articulate and manage functional gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Team members are involved in hands-on solutioning, whether for internal purposes or assisting in customer deployments. Our team of experienced Architects often codes in C#, Java, SQL, NodeJS, JavaScript, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, and more. Contributing a history of high-level consulting while also engaging in coding is expected.
Architecture Team members are responsible for updating wider consultancy teams with best practices, lessons learned, and key guidance in their customer-facing work and career. This role exposes you to a vast number of technologies, teams, and techniques across top organisations globally, making it incredibly engaging and rewarding.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior work or consulting in large Enterprise/Corporate environments
- Experience using Dynatrace or managing Observability/APM solutions is a major plus
- Solid understanding of Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of network topologies, routing, network security, and capacity planning
- Understanding of Container-based solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Preferred Requirements:
- Outstanding communicator
- Ability to consult and lead multi-day meetings
- Understanding of Application and/or Infrastructure Monitoring & Observability
- Experience developing automation and repeatable processes/scripts
- Understanding of PaaS concepts and implementations
- Development experience with JavaScript and web frameworks like React or Angular
- Hands-on experience with SQL
- Experience providing troubleshooting expertise for performance issues
Travel: While the position is remote, travel to customer sites in Europe and the Middle East is expected from time to time.
