Your role at Dynatrace involves managing and tracking the entire renewal process, coordinating and communicating customer renewal intentions with Sales, Finance, and other members of the organization. You will work closely with partners and customers internally and externally, understanding contracts and the different terms and conditions aligned with each customer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating and sending quotes 120 days in advance that meet the customers' contractual requirements.
- Engaging customers in a value discussion surrounding their renewal and building relationships with key stakeholders to aid on-time renewals.
- Collaborating with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers on customer strategies and sales plans.
- Providing information to internal and external customers regarding quotes, reinstatements, co-termination, and consolidation of contracts.
- Working in a team environment to ensure the completion of assigned tasks within specified deadlines for an assigned region.
- Providing information for internal management reporting and meeting all contractual and reporting deadlines.
- Performing additional duties as required.
