Your role at Dynatrace involves generating interest in all of the Dynatrace solutions by leveraging the partner ecosystem. The objective is to develop strategic relationships with global, regional, and national partners by creating joint business initiatives that incorporate Dynatrace solutions as a fundamental component of the partner’s business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Jointly developing sales strategies with partners and implementing those initiatives by working with local sales teams.
  • Travelling selectively to meet with partners and sales teams to gain commitment to launch initiatives and ensure successful execution of established programmes.
  • Understanding the partners’ business and aligning Dynatrace solutions to develop compelling ‘go to market’ propositions.
  • Qualifying new partners and effectively communicating the value of Dynatrace solutions to both C-level business leaders and technical staff members.
  • Developing partners to become self-sufficient in marketing jointly developed solutions.
  • Building similar sales strategies across all Dynatrace solutions with assigned partners in the region.
  • Communicating regional partner activities to other Dynatrace Partner Managers to leverage jointly developed partner initiatives.
  • Managing, tracking, and reporting on high-priority action items, results, business plan development, marketing-related successes, and accurate partner sales forecasts.
  • Managing time and travel expenses in accordance with company requirements.

Ideal Qualifications & Experience:

  • An extensive track record in software sales, systems integration delivery/business development, and channel management.
  • Proven experience of working with various partners.
  • Experience within or an understanding of observability and its importance.
  • A proven track record of overachievement against targets.
  • A track record of recruiting partners and generating new business revenues.
  • Solution development experience in a software/services environment.
  • Managed Services, Digital Agency, and ISV ecosystem experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
