Your role at Dynatrace: The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) owns the entire sales cycle for commercial opportunities in the UK Territory. This includes developing new customer leads (from outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries), positioning Dynatrace, and closing business monthly.
The ISR is expected to develop and execute a territory go-to-market (GTM) plan. Target accounts and contacts, build relationships with IT and Lines-of-business (LOB), identify business pain points, and map solutions to close deals. Develop proficiency in Dynatrace products and solutions, articulate business value, and implement GTM strategies and campaigns to drive conversations, discovery, demonstrations, and evaluations.
Prospect new accounts and build relationships using phone, social media, and email. Work with existing customers to expand their Dynatrace footprint, managing time to grow pipeline and revenue within an enterprise approach. Use analytical skills to understand customer needs and challenges. Leverage internal teams for discovery, qualification, and demonstrating the value of SaaS solutions. Maintain a sales pipeline in SFDC to achieve and surpass quotas.

- 1-3 years’ experience in inside sales with a quota in SaaS cloud or Container space.
- Excellent consultative sales skills, forecasting, and pipeline management experience.
- Strong account planning and strategic sales execution skills.
- Motivation and tenacity as a self-starter who performs well against quotas.
- Ability to collaborate across sales resources.
- Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator (preferred).
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Fluency in English.
