Your role at Dynatrace's LMS Administration team is the operational engine behind every customer and internal learning event — owning the full lifecycle from request intake through post-event CSAT. We're a small team with a wide remit, and every event we run reflects directly on the customer experience. We're looking for an experienced LMS Administrator who is deeply comfortable in Docebo — configuring events, managing content, maintaining platform standards, and keeping a complex learning catalog running cleanly. LMS administration is the core of this role. On top of that foundation, you'll bring event management experience. You'll work within the administration and experience team of Dynatrace University. Your job is to be the reliable operational core of the team — the person who keeps the platform healthy, the events configured correctly, and the standards consistent.
LMS Administration
- Core responsibility: Configuration, maintenance, and quality of all learning events in Docebo — this is the foundation of the role.
- Build and manage event records end-to-end: event metadata, course content linking, enrollment rules, instructor assignment, session scheduling, waitlist management, and completion tracking.
- Configure and maintain learning paths, curricula, and catalog organization — ensuring content is findable, correctly sequenced, and appropriately gated by audience or tier.
- Set up and QA all event automations: enrollment confirmations, reminder notifications, post-event surveys, completion certificates, and status-triggered communications.
- Manage user records and enrollment data — troubleshoot access issues, correct enrollment errors, and maintain accurate learner records across events and programs.
- Build and run standard reporting: event attendance, completion rates, survey results, and enrollment trends. Surface data to the Team Lead and cross-functional partners on a regular cadence.
- Maintain DTU (Dynatrace University) event assets — content versioning, evergreen availability post-event, and asset updates as directed by the Facilitation Team.
- Coordinate sandbox and environment provisioning for learning events — manage the timeline and process with Engineering; flag readiness issues early.
- Conduct regular audits of event records, content links, user permissions, and configuration settings to maintain platform health and standards compliance.
- Serve as the first point of triage for LMS-related issues — diagnose access problems, broken content links, misconfigured events, or automation failures and resolve or escalate appropriately.
- Maintain the team's Docebo configuration standards: naming conventions, billing flags, tier designations, audience segmentation, and content tagging.
- Support platform updates, testing, and rollouts as needed — you'll be a key voice on whether a change works in practice.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage learning event lifecycles in Docebo from intake through closeout: build the event record, coordinate dry runs, QA environments at T-12hrs, and confirm post-event automations triggered correctly.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics with cross-functional partners — Customer Success Managers, Facilitation Team, and Engineering — following the established SOP.
- Manage post-event closeout and surface CSAT/NPS data to the Team Lead within 5 business days of event completion.
Process & Governance
- Follow and contribute to team SOPs, checklists, and event templates — flagging gaps or improvements as you encounter them.
- Submit and track change requests through the appropriate ticket workflow following dry runs or mid-event issues.
- Operate as a consistent, standards-driven peer to a junior administrator — your configuration habits and documentation set the bar for the team.
What will help you succeed
- 3+ years of hands-on LMS administration — you have owned event configuration, content management, enrollment management, reporting, and platform troubleshooting.
- Not just used an LMS; administered one. Docebo experience strongly preferred. Equivalent platforms (Cornerstone, SAP Litmos, TalentLMS, Absorb) considered — but you'll need to ramp on Docebo quickly and hit the ground running on platform mechanics.
- Strong understanding of LMS architecture: how events, courses, learning paths, catalogs, and user management interact. You can diagnose a broken enrollment or a misfired automation without a lot of hand-holding.
- Experience building and running LMS reports — attendance, completion, survey data — and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Direct experience managing learning events or programs end-to-end — you've coordinated logistics, managed stakeholders, and been accountable for something going live on time.
- Comfortable working across teams you don't control — CSM, facilitation, engineering — and getting things done without escalating everything.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven — you notice misconfiguration, you follow the checklist, and you write new ones when they don't exist.
- Clear, proactive communicator — you document by default and flag issues before they become problems.
Strong Plus:
- Experience supporting customer-facing learning events (not just internal training).
- Familiarity with sandbox or technical environment provisioning — you don't need to build them, but you should understand the coordination involved.
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology company where event cadence is high and the playbook is always evolving.
- Exposure to virtual event platforms alongside LMS — Zoom, Teams, or similar — and comfort troubleshooting basic delivery issues.
