We are looking for a D365 SCM Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of supply chain processes within Dynamics 365. You will work closely with business users to understand requirements, configure system functionalities, and ensure smooth delivery of supply chain solutions. This role requires strong functional knowledge and the ability to translate business needs into effective system configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain processes
- Configure Dynamics 365 SCM modules including procurement, inventory, and warehouse management
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
- Support testing phases including unit testing, SIT, and UAT
- Identify process improvements and recommend system enhancements
- Assist in data migration, validation, and system setup activities
- Provide functional support during implementation and post-go-live
- Create and maintain functional documentation and user guides
- Stay updated with SCM features and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 SCM modules
- Understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, and logistics
- Experience in system configuration and implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse management processes
