THE ROLE â Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
Weâre looking for a Client Relationship Manager to own and strengthen key client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, longâterm satisfaction, and account growth. Acting as a trusted partner, the CRM aligns client needs with Dynataâs solutions, resolves issues quickly, and ensures every project runs smoothly from commissioning to completion. In this role, youâll support strategic clients across the region, lead highâvisibility research projects, and act as an extension of the clientâs core team. Youâll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Sales, Professional Services, and Panel teams to deliver flawless execution, drive continuous improvement, and champion best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary operational contact and escalation point for assigned accounts
- Build strong, longâterm client relationships and ensure exceptional client satisfaction
- Lead and oversee complex research projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
- Provide consultative support on methodology, sampling, questionnaires, and data quality
- Identify growth opportunities and partner with Sales on account development
- Troubleshoot delivery challenges and drive practical, solutionsâfocused outcomes
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledgeâsharing across teams
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally to improve processes, elevate service levels, and contribute to new solution development
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a clientâfacing environment, has strong research and project management experience, and excels at problemâsolving, communication, and building trust.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in Market Research (mandatory).
- 4+ years in Account Management or Project Management roles.
- Strong clientâfacing communication and problemâsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with SPSS, Decipher, ConfirmIt, CMix, or MarketSight is a plus.
