The Role (AKA: The Person Who Makes Everything Run Smoothly) As our Retail Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the shop — leading the team, shaping the customer experience, and keeping the store running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be hands-on, people-focused, commercially switched-on, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
