About the Role
As a key member of our events team, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination and delivery of weddings and private events. From the initial enquiry to the final farewell, you’ll ensure every detail is executed flawlessly – delivering exceptional service and truly memorable occasions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with couples and clients to plan bespoke weddings and events
Coordinate all elements of the day – from catering and décor to entertainment and logistics
Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
Conduct venue tours and client meetings, offering expert advice and support throughout
Manage event timelines, budgets and post-event feedback
Be present on the day of events to oversee set-up and provide on-site coordination What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in wedding or event coordination (or similar customer-facing planning role)
Outstanding organisation and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Calm, professional manner under pressure and tight timelines
