We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Operative to join our busy, growing client in Chandlers Ford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mechanical, electrical, or technical background who enjoys practical work and being part of a busy warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing a range of equipment
- Assist engineers with testing, preparation, loading, and unloading equipment
- Pick job orders accurately and efficiently
- Recording equipment data and report any faults or issues
- Support and reporting stock checking and audits
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Clean large equipment using pressure washing equipment
- Follow company procedures and health & safety standards at all times
Candidate Requirements:
- Background in a similar role (essential)
- Knowledge in a mechanical or electrical background (desired)
- Forklift licence (beneficial but not essential)
- Basic IT skills, including Outlook
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and willing to work overtime when required
