Our client is a highly recognised and well-established Fire & Security business with an excellent reputation across the industry. Due to continued growth and expansion of their engineering team, they are looking to appoint a Fire & Security Engineer to cover the Sunderland to Teesside area.

FIRE ALARM engineers will be considered and upskilled to security and gas suppression systems.

The Role:

  • To carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs and small works.
  • To work with a variety of fire alarm and security systems.
  • Fault finding to conduct a 1st fix solution where possible.
  • To work to the British Standards at all times.
  • Maintain a good reputation on behalf of our client is a must.

The Candidate:

  • Good knowledge of the British Standards.
  • Knowledge of FIA units 1 + 5.
  • Experience in Fire Systems.
  • Knowledge of GENT and/or Notifier (desirable but not essential as training can be given).
  • You must have an outgoing and proactive personality to manage own work and exhibit the company's vision and values.
