Purpose of the Role

To carry out weekly testing and basic inspections of fire sprinkler systems across designated sites, ensuring systems remain operational, compliant, and any defects are identified and reported promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly sprinkler alarm and flow switch tests in accordance with site procedures and relevant standards.
  • Inspect sprinkler control valves, gauges, pumps, tanks, and associated equipment for signs of damage, faults, or tampering.
  • Record all test results accurately in site logbooks and electronic reporting systems.
  • Report defects, non-conformances, and maintenance requirements to the relevant manager or maintenance provider.
