With a finance team of around 80, this organisation relies on its finance function to play a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions across the wider business. This opportunity is to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, with the potential to extend by a further 2 months.

Role Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of management accounts and financial reporting
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controls
- Assist with cashflow forecasting, treasury, and loan management
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with policies
- Manage financial data accuracy and system updates
- Provide financial insights to key stakeholders
- Produce ad-hoc analysis and reports for leadership
- Uphold financial governance and best practice standards
Experience Required:
- ACCA/CIMA qualified with extensive finance and management accounting experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, ideally with leasing exposure
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); SAP experience is advantageous
