The Opportunity We are working with a successful and growing financial planning practice in Kent who are looking for a Paraplanner to join their team and provide high-quality technical and report-writing support to their Financial Advisers.

This role would suit either a part-qualified Paraplanner working towards their Level 4 Diploma or an experienced Paraplanner looking to develop their technical skills and career within a supportive environment.
The Role As a Paraplanner, your responsibilities will include
Preparing high-quality suitability reports across investments, pensions, protection, retirement planning and inheritance tax planning.
Analysing client information and carrying out technical research.
Structuring advice in line with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
Supporting Advisers with pre- and post-client meeting preparation.
Assisting with complex financial planning cases and technical queries.
Producing cashflow modelling and financial planning illustrations where appropriate.
Maintaining accurate client records and workflows using Salesforce.
You will ideally have
Previous experience in a Paraplanning or financial planning environment.
A good understanding of the regulated financial advice process.
Strong report-writing and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
