As the new QS/ Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a highly respected M&E business with over 80 staff, an excellent reputation and very modern facilities!

The Quantity Surveyor / QS day to day:
- Leading the commercial management of major infrastructure and maintenance projects from award to final account
- Preparing monthly applications for payment and detailed cost reports
- Managing subcontractor accounts and supporting procurement processes
- Handling change control, compensation events (NEC), and project variations
- Managing cost reporting, accurate monthly forecasting, and commercial risk mitigation
- Liaising directly with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to negotiate terms and resolve queries
- Helping to build and improve commercial governance processes across the wider business
