The predicted salary is between 38500 - 45000 ÂŁ per year.

Location: Havant | Salary: £38,500–£45,000 + bonus & fantastic benefits

Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday hours are 8am to 4.30pm and Friday hours are 8am to 1pm.

The new Process Improvement Engineer Role: You will play a key part in managing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring materials and resources are in place, and supporting smooth production workflows.

Your day to day will include:

  • Overseeing billings and materials – ensuring production has everything needed (think of it as creating a precise “shopping list” for manufacturing)
  • Stock control – monitoring components, flagging shortages, and coordinating orders
  • Process optimization – reviewing current manufacturing workflows and identifying ways to improve efficiency
  • Coordinating with manufacturing teams to ensure schedules are met and products meet quality standards

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Production experience in manufacturing so you understand the processes
  • Proven experience in at least 2 of the 3 key areas: process optimization, billings & materials, stock control
