We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join a busy and professional team based in Portsmouth. This is initially a temporary position, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
This is a varied role where you will provide high-level administrative support to senior members of the business while also assisting the wider team with a range of day-to-day administrative duties.
As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting senior staff members and helping to keep the wider team organised and running efficiently. Duties may include:
- Providing administrative and organisational support to senior members of the business
- Managing diaries, meetings and appointments
- Coordinating meetings and preparing relevant documentation
- Managing emails, correspondence and communications
- Producing documents, reports and presentations
- Taking meeting notes and following up on actions where required
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
- Maintaining accurate records, documents and databases
- Assisting with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator or within a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Experience supporting senior-level staff
- A professional and approachable manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other administrative systems
