Our client prides themselves on providing a specialist service and due to changes within the business are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to manage client accounts.
As a Customer Coordinator you will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling various enquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. No two days will be the same, and you will play a key role in maintaining and growing business relationships.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent client management.
- Assisting customers with enquiries via email & phone.
- Managing business customer relationships and strengthening key accounts.
- Handling enquiries from start to finish and providing tailored solutions.
- Resolving complaints where required and ensuring a positive outcome.
- Liaising with third parties & internal teams to support client needs.
- Completing high volumes of administrative tasks related to account management.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an Account Manager / Co-ordination / Call Handling role or telephone-based customer service/call centre experience.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent multitasking and organisational abilities.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook).
