Dynamite Recruitment are recruiting for an established and highly respected independent financial advisory firm based in Fareham, who provide tailored financial advice to individuals and businesses. They pride themselves on offering a professional, client-focused service, and are now looking to expand the team with a skilled and experienced Paraplanner to support the advisors in delivering high-quality financial advice.

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Paraplanner to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will have an established understanding of financial planning processes and be comfortable providing technical and administrative support to the advisors. Your key responsibilities will include preparing reports, conducting research, and ensuring all financial planning strategies are compliant with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the financial advisors with the preparation of financial plans and recommendations
  • Conducting product and market research to ensure accurate and suitable recommendations
  • Preparing and drafting suitability reports and investment proposals
  • Communicating directly with clients and third-party providers to gather necessary information
  • Assisting with the ongoing review of client portfolios

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Paraplanner role
  • Qualified or working towards Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, pension schemes, investments, and tax planning
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • High level of professionalism and excellent communication skills

£32,000 - £42,000 depending on experience. Fareham, Office based.
