Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Financial Reporting Manager to join a well-established company based in Portsmouth on a 12-month FTC. This role will be responsible for delivering financial reporting & analytics, supporting system implementation, financial modelling and insight-driven decision-making across the business.
The Role
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting informed business decisions
- Create clear and concise reporting for both financial and non-financial stakeholders, translating complex data into business-relevant conclusions
- Drive process improvements through automation, standardisation and innovative reporting solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and optimise reporting workflows
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of SQL & Power BI
- Experience in financial due diligence and ability to understand key drivers
- A logical, organised approach to problem solving
