Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, 1 hour lunch.

This client is a fast growing and established energy company, looking for a new Junior or experienced Estimator to join the impressive and distinctive work space! This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You’ll be joining a small/medium energy business, with a busy BMS department, who have massive clients in the retail sector.
What the new Estimator will:
- Take ownership of estimating BMS projects, preparing tenders, and calculating costs accurately.
- Work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and the technical team to ensure proposals meet all requirements.
- Create polished, professional tender documents for management approval.
- Keep supplier and subcontractor information up to date, including pricing and capacity.
- Help the team review costs and improve the accuracy and efficiency of estimates.
What we’re looking for in the new BMS Estimator:
- Some knowledge of BMS, HVAC, or similar mechanical systems.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Highly organised, process focused, and able to handle multiple tenders at the same time (with training).
- Reliable, proactive, and motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
