An established IFA firm in Surrey is looking for a Junior Financial Adviser to join its team, offering the opportunity to develop your advisory career, work with an existing bank of clients and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Work with an existing client bank, supporting ongoing financial planning needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Support client meetings, financial reviews and the preparation of recommendations. Assist with financial planning research, suitability reports and recommendations. Gradually develop your advisory skills and take on greater responsibility for clients. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. About You Experience within an IFA or wealth management environment. Experienced and confident writing reports Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning Strong communication and relationship-building skills. What's on Offer?
