We are recruiting for an Account Handler with insurance or high net worth experience to join a fantastic specialist insurance company based in Fareham. This is a great career growth opportunity with plenty of scope for progression within a fantastic and driven team.
You will be maintaining a portfolio of clients that encourages long-term relationships, renewals, and adjustments through client contact.
Duties include:
- Deal with enquiries by telephone, email, and in person from clients, colleagues, insurers, and third parties as required.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately produced and distributed to clients for new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
- Ensure that all clients are appropriately informed of all matters relating to their insurance in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all renewals are actioned within FCA guidelines.
- Ensure that all mid-term adjustments are actioned appropriately in a timely manner.
Skills required:
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Confident working a busy schedule.
- Well conducted in a professional environment.
- Organised and attentive with high attention to detail.
