Location: Southern England Hub (Flexible / Commutable from Hampshire/Dorset areas - The right person is more important than the exact location)

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 + Premium Vehicle + Private Mileage + Potential For Performance Bonuses

Due to a planned and amicable departure from the current Service Manager planning their own venture, this employer is looking for a high calibre Service Manager to take the reins of a very successful service department that alone generates £2.6M annually.

This isn't a "fire-fighting" role where you are left entirely on your own. The business is already structuring a ready made Assistant Manager underneath you to take the weight off your shoulders regarding field management, allowing you to focus on high level operational excellence, procurement, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Act as the technical sounding board for a skilled HVAC engineering team, assisting with technical quotations and parts sourcing.
  • Key Client Management: Provide technical oversight and support to the dedicated Project Service Managers and co-ordinators on major accounts.
  • Occasional Travel: Primarily UK focused, with very occasional European travel alongside the Director to "show face" to prestigious international clients.

The Package:
