£30,000 - £32,000
Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside an exciting events business, helping them in their search for a HR Coordinator who will be a champion for Learning & Development.
This is a BRAND NEW ROLE, so a fantastic opportunity to grow it, own it and mature the L&D function.
The role with be 30% HR Coordination:
Managing HR and personnel documentation and correspondence
Issuing contracts and onboarding
Payroll administration
Process leavers
Liaising with internal teams such as marketing
Coordinating training plans
Benefit administration
Collate company statistical data And 70% Learning and Development
Support the Head of HR with development and implementation of L&D initiatives and projects.
Develop training materials and training modules
Administration and organisation of employee workshops
Support the Head of HR with the creation of development opportunities for staff of all levels, from interns to senior management
Obtain and share L&D event feedback in a timely manner This client has recently rolled out a new L&D Management system and a new training academy is being launched very soon so this would be a fab opportunity for someone with a passion for L&D to join and hit the ground running.
Experience with data uploading and configuration is highly desirable though not essential!
Knowledge Required
Experience in the use of HR IS solutions (Dayforce would be beneficial)
1-2 years\' experience in a fast-paced HR team, providing first level advice on HR policies and procedures, employment law and supporting with Learning and Development activities Skills & Qualifications
CIPD Level 3 or above
IT skills to intermediate level in Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to form and maintain effective working relationships (internal & external)
Training formulation and/or Delivery skills would be beneficial
Other Information
This position will require travel within the UK (mainly Wimbledon, Cambridgeshire and Warwickshire) and possibly Europe which will require staying away from home. A full, clean driving licence and valid passport are required
