Coordinator
Salary: Up to £28,000 dependant on experience Location: Havant, Hampshire Hours: Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm
This is a varied role where you'll become the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, coordinating service visits, supporting engineers, preparing quotations, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customers, building strong and lasting relationships.
Act as the first point of contact for service enquiries via phone and email.
Coordinate engineer schedules and book service and remedial works.
Prepare accurate quotations for service contracts, renewals and additional works.
Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate.
Process purchase orders and order parts from suppliers.
Maintain accurate customer and contract information within the CRM system.
Produce daily and weekly reports to support the service team.
Provide administrative support, including preparing service documentation and customer paperwork.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a customer service, service coordination or administration role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident building relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
