Dynamite Recruitment are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to support a small team of financial advisers and paraplanners. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for client reviews and new business processing
- Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and letter
- Maintain and update client records
- Assist with preparing documentation for paraplanners, including fund switch reports and valuations
- Ensure all files are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards
- Support paraplanners with basic suitability report preparation when required
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a financial services
- Good understanding of pensions, investments, life assurance, and mortgages
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, with basic Excel knowledge
