Finance Manager Salary – £40,000-£50,000 DOE Full Time – 40 Hours per week Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join one of our valued clients based in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a growing business, with the chance to become an integral part of the finance function. The Role: Oversee and finalise payroll processes. Manage P&L reporting. Handle credit control and factoring. Prepare and post manual journals. Partner with operational teams to provide insight and support. Work closely with the Managing Director. Identify and deliver process improvements across finance. Contribute to ongoing transformation and growth projects. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE) Previous experience in a Finance Manager/Management Accountant role Skilled in Xero, payroll systems, and Excel Strong communicator able to partner with senior stakeholders Commercially aware and proactive.
