Key Maintenance Manager Responsibilities Contract Ownership: Drive end to end delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across transport, rail, tunnel, and commercial accounts to hit agreed SLAs. Team Leadership: Line manage 2 Field Supervisors and direct teams of approx 8 to 10 total engineers, running monthly reviews, driving performance, and supporting technical competency. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for core clients, leading regular contract reviews, performance reporting, and identifying growth opportunities.
